Tour Dates with Paul Weller Announced!!
This was an offer I couldn't refuse. It's a little late notice, but I hope some of you can make it out! Honored to take a vacation from my current vacation to travel with the monumental Paul Weller...
A new video for The Broken Side of Time...
Just scroll to the bottom of this page to see the new video for The Broken Side of Time. Or you can go here: http://youtu.be/1K2PDjLjFik
The song was written specifically for the film Broken Side of Time which is in festivals now. The film was written and directed by my good friend Gorman Bechard (other projects include You Are Alone, Color Me Obsessed, and Every, Everything among others). Both the film and the song take a hard and sometimes beautiful look at the struggle to break addiction.

And of course the song can be found for purchase on In The Dusk of Everything, my latest release. Just go to MY STORE if you haven't gotten it yet.

Recently sat down with Otis Gibbs...
Otis Gibbs is a great friend and fellow songwriter. He has a great podcast he's been doing where he talks with just about everyone you might listen to. Be sure to check out all of them. Might I suggest the Todd Snider and Billy Bragg episodes in particular. I sat down with him and quickly forgot there was a mic on the table, it's not your standard polite interview, it's more like two friends talking a little trash. You can listen in by going here:

The future is here again...
Things have been busy up here in the gratefully cooler weathered north, so far I've written 13 new songs. Last week I visited Kevin Salem in Woodstock, NY to do some woodshedding on a new record. At first it was an exploratory mission, but it quickly became obvious Kevin is the guy to produce my next record. Kevin released one of my favorite albums of the 90s called Soma City, you should get your hands on that. So Kevin, Joe Magistro (The Black Crowes) and I did some playing and recording. All I can say is it felt like the perfect fist of words, melody, distortion, hope, beauty and meaningful violence. And that's the goal, my goal is to make the best or worst collection of my career so far, either way there will be no inbetween. Stay tuned, this is gonna take a minute. The future is here again...
